Project Overview

Tribik Auction is a mobile and web-based platform designed to streamline the vehicle auction process for registered users. With an intuitive interface and real-time bidding system, users can easily browse, bid on, and purchase vehicles from anywhere, at any time.

In this project, we developed a complete end-to-end auction system covering both operational and financial workflows. A key feature is our intelligent Bid Robot, which was engineered to ensure precision during auctions and to prevent issues such as double bidding. This provides users with a smoother, more reliable auction experience.

The Problem

Before the redesign and system overhaul, Tribik Auction faced several key challenges that hindered both operational efficiency and user satisfaction:

• Heavy reliance on manual processes
  Many internal workflows, especially those related to auction operations and financial records were handled manually by staff, which led to frequent errors, delays, and inefficiencies.

• Outdated platform with poor user experience
  The existing application had an outdated interface with limited responsiveness and poor usability. Navigation was unintuitive, and many users found the experience frustrating, especially on mobile devices.

• Paper-based documentation
  Much of the transaction and auction data relied on physical paperwork. This not only increased the risk of data loss but also slowed down operations and made audits more complex.

• Subpar UX and lack of automation
  The user experience lacked modern UX practices, making the platform feel clunky and hard to use. Key features like bidding were not optimized, and there was no automation in place to assist or guide users during auctions.

Solutions

To address the challenges faced by Tribik Auction, we implemented a comprehensive set of solutions focused on modernization, automation, and user experience:

• Built an End-to-End Integrated Auction System
  We developed a fully connected auction platform by integrating all key functions, operations, finance, and bidding through API-based architecture. This eliminated manual handoffs and created a seamless digital workflow from vehicle listing to final payment.

• Conducted UX Research & Redesigned the User Journey
  Through user research and testing, we identified major pain points and restructured the user flow to be more intuitive and efficient. The result: users can now navigate, bid, and complete transactions with greater ease and confidence.

• UI Revamp with Modern Design Trends
  The outdated interface was completely redesigned with a clean, responsive UI that reflects current design trends. We introduced a consistent visual language, improved readability, and enhanced usability across mobile and web platforms.

• Automated Core Processes to Reduce Paperwork
  We replaced legacy paperwork-heavy operations with automated processes, significantly reducing administrative tasks and the risk of human error. From digital auction records to automated NPL (Nomor Peserta Lelang) issuance, key steps are now handled seamlessly by the system.
