Project Overview

Sebarin is a multi-tenant WhatsApp communication platform built to help businesses manage campaigns, contacts, messaging sessions, and customer conversations from a single workspace.

The platform supports two WhatsApp connection models: personal WhatsApp numbers through Baileys and the official WhatsApp Business Platform through WABA.

Instead of treating WhatsApp broadcasting as a simple “send message” feature, we designed Sebarin as a complete communication system. From audience preparation and message creation to campaign execution, monitoring, and customer conversations.

The Challenge

WhatsApp communication gets complicated at scale.

For businesses running regular WhatsApp campaigns, the workflow often becomes fragmented.

❌ Contacts live in different places.
❌ Messages are prepared manually.
❌ Campaigns need to be scheduled and monitored.
❌ Multiple WhatsApp numbers need to be managed.
❌ And every channel comes with its own limitations and requirements.

The challenge was to turn this complex operational process into one clear and manageable system.

We designed Sebarin around one principle, make complex messaging operations feel simple.

Instead of exposing the complexity of the system to users, we translated it into a guided workflow.

Each step gives users the information they need before moving forward, while the system handles the operational complexity behind the scenes.

Smarter Campaign Execution

Behind the simple campaign builder is an execution system designed to coordinate multiple active campaigns and WhatsApp numbers.

Instead of simply pushing messages into a queue, Sebarin manages campaign fairness and number selection dynamically.

The system considers factors such as:

• Number health

• Warm-up status

• Remaining limits

• Queue conditions

• Previous usage

• Active campaigns

This allows message delivery to be distributed more intelligently across available sessions.

Campaign jobs are processed through background workers, allowing the interface to remain responsive while large campaigns are being executed.

Sebarin was architected as a multi-tenant SaaS product.

Each business operates within its own workspace, subscription, WhatsApp connections, campaigns, contacts, and add-ons.
